The villa is situated on the San Jaime hill and from all the properties and the pool area magnificent views can be enjoyed looking over the beach and the natural park of Son Bou. The main resort and beach is a comfortable walk away or you can choose a quick stroll to the square of San Jaime, where there is a supermarket and restaurant-snack bar. The villa can be approached via two avenues- one involves climbing 37 stairs and the other permits a closer parking possibility on the rear cul de sac entrance, although this still entails a ramp or steps option, although less. It must be noted that the poolside area is reached by stairs and therefore these properties are not suited to young children or guests with walking difficulties.
