Villa 101B is a semi detached villa and lies next to number 101A, which is also in our catalogue. Both these popular three bedroom villas have private pools, terraces and sea views.

This villa is situated on the main Paseo Maritimo road and has its own private drive in , there are a few steps to reach the poolside area of the villa. The villa is built on two floors.

The main living quarters are located on the upper floor  of the building and is reached via an outside stairway. There is a comfortable honey pined wood lounge-dining area with satellite television and DVD. and a cosy independent kitchen. The kitchen is equipped to cater for six guests and has a gas cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave and washing machine.
To the rear of the villa there are two double bedrooms and one bathroom.

The front south facing covered terrace overlooks the sea and is furnished for six summer diners and for those balmy summer nights there is a portable BBQ.

The Independent ground floor houses a compact annex bedroom with a lounge -double bedroom and shower room.

The villas rectangular 6 x 5 meter pool has a deep end of 1.7mts and a shallow end of 0.85mts, with a surrounding tiled area for sun bathing purposes, with sun beds and sun umbrellas etc....

The villa on three sides is surrounded by pretty shrub borders and floral plant pots.
