It can accommodate up to twelve guests with great comfort, style and elegance. This gem is located on a tranquil residential avenue, it boasts superb sea views , is surrounded by luxurious neighbouring villas and the white sand beach of Son Bou is only a ten minute walk away. The ground floor can be appreciated from the main door; the furnished TV and music lounge leads down to the grand dining room and to the right, following the villas open plan design, is the fully fitted kitchen and independent pantry and laundry area. The interior furniture is from the “batak” teak range and is ingenuously complimented with chosen designer furnishings. The sleek modern day kitchen encourages the preparation and confection of all types of meals for any type of occasion, and whether dinner is served on the front covered terrace or in the dining room, there is sufficient furniture, cutlery and crockery for the twelve diners. Returning to the main door, in front you have access to two twin bedrooms and one bathroom, and to the left you have the “office –nook", separate shower room and the stairs leading up to the upper floor, this stairway is dominated by a cathedral type long narrow window which permits a flow of light onto the stair well. On this upper floor, there are three individually designed bedrooms, one is the master suite with private bathroom with shower, one is a twin bedroom with a dressing room and the third is a twin bedroom, these two latter rooms share a bathroom with a shower. All the villas terraces have superb sea views, the top furnished balcony solarium is attached to the master suite, and the lower floor furnished terrace runs the entire length of the building, permitting open social spaces for conversing and dining. The furnished pool, bathing and built in BBQ area is down from this terrace. Like the villa, the pool too is spectacular, a hanging pool which from a certain angle appears to run into the sea, there is also a built-in Jacuzzi. The pools maximum depth is two meters and its shallow end is one meter. For the pre-dip rinse there is a shower and wc on hand. The gardens surrounding and approaching the villa are well maintained and offer a variety of colours and perfumes. |
