Like 101 A and 101 B, this villa is popular within our more economical range of villas. Situated on the Paseo Maritimo road it is a stones throw from the main resort centre and beach. The villa is built on two floors, from the drive in there are a few steps up to the poolside area and the ground floor annex bedroom. Some further external steps take you to the main terrace and villa entrance. Entering the villa you have a cosy dining-living area, decked out with pine furnishings and offering satellite TV and DVD. To the rear of the villa are the sleeping quarters, two double bedrooms and one bathroom. Leading off the lounge there Is a small fitted kitchen with fridge-freezer, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine and equipped for six guests. The south facing terrace overlooks the pool and has sea views, to enhance those summer days and evenings the terrace is equipped with table, chairs and a portable BBQ. The rectangular 6x5 meter pool has a shallow end of 1 mts and a maximum depth of 1.5mts, there are also open terraces with sun beds and sun umbrellas and an external shower. |
