Villa 69 - Son Bou

Villa 69 is a beautiful and peaceful free-standing house located in the San Jaime housing estate by Son Bou beach. The house is in the middle section of La Colina. You can access the house via a short flight of stairs located in the outer part of the garden.

The villa has three double bedrooms, a kitchen and a lounge-dining area all located on the same floor. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, air conditioning, an en suite bathroom with a shower and a towel heater. The other two bedrooms are double rooms with two beds and they share a full-size bathroom.

The lounge-dining area is spacious and comfortable. It features a fireplace and also has a TV with satellite channels, a DVD player and air conditioning. The open-plan kitchen has a bar area and is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, an oven, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a fridge-freezer. It features an extra attached table with four stools and also has various appliances such as a toaster, a kettle, a juicer, etc.

The lounge room opens out onto a covered terrace and a short flight of stairs leads to the 7 x 4 m swimming pool below. The outside area is also fully equipped with tables, umbrellas, chairs, sunloungers and a portable barbecue.

The house is surrounded by a lovely private garden with a variety of native plants.

A small shopping area is located 200 m from the house with souvenir shops, a supermarket, a dive centre, a medical centre, car rental, a bus stop and the San Jaime Club, a recreational centre boasting a swimming pool, slides and a restaurant of the same name. Approximately 600 m ahead, you will find the Son Bou shopping area with various shops, bars, supermarkets, a pharmacy, an entertainment centre, a club, pubs, etc. You will finally stumble across Son Bou beach with its crystal-clear waters and silky white sands beyond the shopping area.

The town of Alaior is only 6 km away. Port Mahon and the airport are located 20 km away while Ciutadella Port is 38 km from the house.

Towels will be changed twice a week while sheets will be changed and cleaning will occur once a week. Upon arrival, you will be offered a welcome pack.
