Ca Na Nita is a modern villa in a splendid sea–facing position within the delightful Cap d'Artrux area of Cala'n Bosch. There are a few shops and restaurants and a couple of supermarkets within walking distance of the villa‚ with lots more lively attractions around the marina and the resort's lovely Blue Flag beach all within a couple of kilometres. The circuit 'fun train' stops nearby and provides an easy way to get into town and down to the beach.

There are uninterrupted views across the craggy coastline to the sparkling Mediterranean from the paved terrace which surrounds the villa's kidney–shaped swimming pool and leads to a partially shaded patio beside the house‚ enclosed by a low whitewashed wall. Inside‚ the attractive lounge/diner has an unusual feature fireplace and adjoins a compact kitchen with a serving hatch opening into the dining area. The bedrooms all have fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans and share a bathroom. In the double room there are patio doors opening onto the patio overlooking the pool.
